Summer Science at Play and Grow

Join us as we dig a little deeper into the nature of play. Dinosaurs, Space, Plants, and Chemistry for little hands. 

Wednesdays 10am-12:00pm 

Thursdays 1:00pm-3:00pm

Reservations encouraged to ensure we have plenty of materials.

Drop-ins welcome if space permits. 

Events are included in regular daily admission. Punch cards are not valid for this course.

Enjoy a summer theme to include great moments in history, including pivotal moments in the Western Expansion. Toddler-friendly activities to target themes they will encounter in Kindergarten and beyond!

Growing Pains-Dinner Picnic

*UPDATE: May 14th session is postponed. 

Beginning June 11th, 2nd Tuesday of each month. 

Growing Pains-Dinner Picnic is a support group for women and their children experiencing painful life experiences. Family-style dinner followed by play for the children with staff supervision and breakout group for adults. Women without children also welcome. 

We will learn emotional vocabulary, the concepts of nonviolent communication, empathy for ourselves and for others, and how to be vulnerable so we can heal. 

*RSVP required for dinner. 

$6 each person (children's fee includes Play, staff supervision, and meal)

Member children are included in this event free of charge.

The transition to school is new and exciting. It can also be overwhelming. Introduce your child to the transition with our Preparatory Mini Camp designed to teach your child to sit in circle time, attend to independent work centers, use a cafeteria line, and socialize with an entire group of new friends. 

This is a drop-off style course, with room for transition.

Robots with Dad, a Build-n-Take event

Kids grab your dad and come build with us! Each family will get their own robot kit. Limited to 8 children. Enjoy open play, a light dinner and time with Dad! 

If you are being a father-figure, you are not excluded from this special event to enhance the bond you share with the special child you are caring for.

Meal: Pizza, Juice, Water, Soda for adults. 

$20 per pair, Additional child meal ticket only $6

 We limit attractions and noise level (unless noted) to ensure your little one can participate in every event. Events including the bounce house or special appearances will be noted in the event description.

We appreciate the diligence and talents of young people in our community who wish to work with children. These younger faces tend to be less threatening to a small child.
